Crafted in your choice of sterling silver (925) or 9ct gold filled, each hoop measures 20mm and features smooth 5mm silver balls that spin and move freely around the hoop. Designed for comfort and ease, these are simple to put in yourself (unlike traditional sleepers!) and are comfortable enough to sleep in, meaning you won’t need to keep taking them out.
