Thank you for purchasing from lisamckeanjewellery.com. By placing an order or booking a workshop, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

General

  • All items remain the property of Lisa Eastburn McKean trading as Lisa McKean Jewellery (lisamckeanjewellery.com) until payment has been received in full.

  • Postage and packaging are charged in addition to the purchase price. Please see the Posting, Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.

  • Due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations in size, pattern, colour and finish may occur.

  • All copyright and intellectual property rights relating to the jewellery, workshop content and designs remain the property of Lisa Eastburn McKean (Lisa McKean Jewellery).

  • Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date, information may occasionally become incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Lisa McKean Jewellery reserves the right to amend or update the content of this website at any time without prior notice.

  • Lisa McKean Jewellery shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfil an order or workshop booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Any personal details you provide will be held securely and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

  • All prices shown on this website are in Pounds Sterling (£).

  • Lisa McKean Jewellery reserves the right to decline any order or workshop booking without giving a reason.

Workshop Bookings

  • Workshop prices include the materials required to make the advertised jewellery project. If you choose to make a different design or use additional silver or materials, these will be charged for on the day.

  • Workshop places are only confirmed once payment (or any agreed deposit) has been received.

  • If you are unable to attend your workshop, please let me know as soon as possible.

  • Workshop bookings may be transferred to another available date, subject to availability.

  • Any rescheduled workshop must be rebooked and attended within six months of the original booking date. If the workshop has not been attended within this period, the booking will expire and no refund or further transfer will be offered.

  • Workshop bookings may only be transferred once. Any further changes will require a new booking at the current workshop price.

  • If you do not attend your workshop without prior notice, your booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund or transfer will be offered.

  • If Lisa McKean Jewellery has to cancel or postpone a workshop for any reason, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

  • Workshop participants are responsible for following all health and safety instructions provided during the workshop. Appropriate safety equipment will be provided where required.

  • Workshop attendees must be aged 16 or over unless otherwise agreed in advance and accompanied by a responsible adult.

  • Workshop prices may be reviewed periodically to reflect increases in the cost of sterling silver and other materials. Any price changes will not affect confirmed bookings that have already been paid for.
