The perfect addition to my Fidget Collection .... Three 5mm 9ct gold balls and two sterling silver smooth balls on a sterling silver snake chain. 

The balls are designed to spin and move around the smooth chain, but tiny stops are used to preventing them sliding all the way around the bracelet. The balls can be moved and turned to ease anxiety, reduce stress, worries and generally stop you having to bite your tongue at times!

Other options are Bangles with Three or Five Silver Balls and matching Ring and Necklace and Earrings also available
